Though the overwhelming majority of clients’ interactions with Saga Nagoya Securities will be focused through less than a handful of individuals, there is an entire legion of professionals and administrative personnel providing key support to their efforts.
Private clients have a Wealth Counsellor appointed at the outset who acts as the main point of contact for their dealings with us.
We establish service level agreements with all private clients. These agreements revolve around a commitment to return calls, emails and so on within specified timeframes. We undertake to go the extra mile in order to ensure that clients feel assured that they never feel like “just another client”.
In the event that clients should have a complaint or an issue with some aspect of the service they have received, we are committed to making sure that they and their grievance are handled professionally and with empathy.
